1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Susan Robichaud International! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online platform, community and directory, and all related services, content, and products offered by Susan Robichaud International (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to our Spark, Activate, and Impact tiers, which are all part of the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services and Subscriptions

Susan Robichaud International offers various tiers of membership and services designed to empower purpose-driven individuals. These include:

SPARK: A one-time fee of $97.00 grants you a lifetime access to the Spark A Movement with Your Business self-paced online training, including downloadable materials.
ACTIVATE: A monthly or annual subscription that includes all SPARK features, plus access to our community directory, live connection calls, and expert guidance. The fee is $97.00/month or $970.00/year.
IMPACT: A premium service with an initial setup fee and a recurring subscription for ongoing guidance and support. It Includes an Initial Platform Setup: Upon a one-time payment of $1,500.00, we will perform a 'done-for-you' technical build of your online platform with:

a. Installation if a custom WordPress Content Management System.

Building the core technical infrastructure including web hosting with Web Hosting Canada, Domain Configuration, Payment Gateway Integration with Stripe, Email Automation with Cyber Impact, Online Store Set-up.
You will be provided with comprehensive instructions and resources for content development, platform updates, and ongoing maintenance. This information will empower you to manage your online platform independently. Susan Robichaud International is not responsible for the implementation of these instructions on behalf of the client.

b. Third-Party Products and Affiliate Relationships:

To provide these services, we use third-party products, including Web Hosting Canada, Stripe, and Cyber Impact. We have established affiliate relationships with these companies, which may offer special deals to our members. The use of these specific services is required for us to provide the platform setup and maintenance described in this agreement.
You are solely responsible for managing your individual accounts with any third-party services. Instructions to help with this is also available in the Beyond 'Biz' Lounge.
You are also solely responsible for the use of any other plugins, products, or services not expressly included in our platform setup.
We are not liable for any issues arising from the use of third-party products outside the scope of our provided service.

b. Ongoing Support & Membership: A recurring subscription fee of $208.00/month or $2,084.00/year provides:

All fees are non-refundable, except as required by law. By subscribing to a recurring service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

3. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. In the event a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services until all outstanding payments are made.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your ACTIVATE or IMPACT subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access to the paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or years of service.

As a user of Susan Robichaud International’s Online Platform and/or Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience and Community, you agree to:

All content provided on our platform, including but not limited to course materials, videos, text, logos, graphics, and community posts, is the intellectual property of Susan Robichaud International and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your personal, non-commercial use as part of your membership. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer Warranties

Our services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. In no event shall Susan Robichaud International be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any information provided.

8. Termination Rights

In the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, every effort will be made to remedy the situation within a period of 7 days, if a remedy has not been achieved with this timeframe, Susan Robichaud International reserves the right to terminate your account. This action is taken to maintain the integrity and quality of the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience for all participants.

Your continued participation in the Beyond “Biz” Experience is contingent upon your compliance with these terms and conditions. It is our intent to provide the most rewarding, supportive environment for all participants, and adherence to these terms helps ensure that every participant can benefit fully from this interactive online experience.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

Susan Robichaud International reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we encourage you to review the latest version regularly.
