I have had the privilidge of working with Susan Robichaud several times. Our clients went threough her unique, easy to follow, marketing program to help bring their businesses to the next level. A few years ago, our program partnered with Susan to bring more entrepreneurs together, offer more information and more support for women entrepreneurs through 4 seperate full-day sessions in New Brunswick with follow up consultations after the session. The in-calss session is where I really saw the magic happen. It allowed entrepreneurs to connect and ask Susan questions directly, which helped her gain a better understanding of everyone's challenges. As a result, Susan was able to dig deeper with each individual during the private consultations. The in-class session was energetic and full of valuable information/takeaways. Susan gets right into the Direct Response aspect of Marketing, putting a lot of emphases on building and developing relationships through authentic marketing communication tactics as the key components to the session I attended. She gave some interesting actionable takeaways, some I had already implemented, however, I got some insights into a few minor shifts I could do in my own practice which saved me a ton of time and money.
