If you’re anything like me, you always seem to be on the edge of an incredible breakthrough, a single heartbeat away from your true calling.

What started as a dream, for me, has turned into an interactive community where passion meets purpose and dreams come alive. I built this interactive online space to share my journey and empower others to lean into their hearts, find their purpose, and then guide them to making the impact they’ve always wanted.

This Isn't Just My Story

It’s an invitation to yours. For years, I carried the words of a highly respected consultant who told me that if I thought more with my head and less with my heart, I could take my business to the next level faster. That lingered in my thoughts for many years until that special day when I made the most important decision of my career: to choose my heart first.

I had a burning desire to make a bigger difference, ideas keep flowing into a vision that kept me up at night, demanding to be seen.

My Own Crossroads

My work lit me up, and I honestly felt like I’d found my purpose. Yet, despite that passion, I was stuck, stressed, overworked, and underpaid.

I knew this wasn’t how life was meant to be lived; I knew in my heart there had to be something more. The ideas of change came and went, and I carried on, trying to keep up with everyone else.

That was until I reached a breaking point of total burnout.

"That's when I learned that burnout isn't a badge of honour. It's not a reward for hard work; No, Burnout is a clear sign that your purpose is misaligned or being pursued in an unsustainable way."

My Path Forward

This realization was my turning point. I understood that the path to living on purpose wasn’t about pushing harder or ignoring my heart; it was about realignment all along. It was about intentionally connecting to my core values and being more mindful of my daily actions, instead of constantly chasing the hustle.

I had to look within and strip away what wasn’t serving me so I could shift my mindset and lean into to my beliefs, no matter what society says.

Through this journey inward, I realized that traditional business just wasn’t my thing.

My Purpose-Driven Impact

As my journey to impact continues to unfold, I’ve never felt more connected and excited about my purpose.

My Social Enterprise, Susan Robichaud International, is all about redefining success. We’re moving beyond traditional business models, empowering individuals and organizations to step fully into heart-centered leadership and purpose-driven impact.

The Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience is the heart and soul of this journey. It’s where I take everything I’ve learned in the trenches of business and marketing, infuse it with a heart-led twist, and empower you to lean into your intuition and live on purpose.

And just in case no one has told you this before, YOU ARE ENOUGH.

It took me a long time to own the idea that I AM ENOUGH., especially when the Online space was filled with others doing similar work.

Little did I know, I had been working towards my purpose all along. Every experience both personal and proffesional lead me to here and now.

It’s only when I dared to believe in something that others couldn’t see, everything changed.
