There’s a certain irony in building something for everyone else while quietly struggling with the same thing yourself. For a long time, that was me.
I was helping heart-centered leaders find their voice, simplify their message, and show up with more ease. And in the background, my own content was scattered across several different tools. I’d write something in one place, design it in another, copy it into a third, and by the time I hit publish, I’d spent three times as long as I’d planned. The process was draining something that should have felt natural.
I kept going anyway, because the work mattered. But there’s a phrase that showed up for me somewhere along the way: the mechanic whose own car couldn’t run. I had to sit with that one for a while.
The moment I stopped doing it the complicated way
The moment I finally admitted it out loud to myself, something shifted.
I sat down one afternoon and did something I’d never done for my own work. I mapped it all out. What do I actually want to say? What does my voice really sound like when I stop trying to sound a certain way? How does one idea turn into a full week of content without starting from scratch every single time?
I wrote down everything I knew. The process I’d been piecing together in my head for years, but never quite captured anywhere because the technology never quite fit. What came out of that afternoon is what I now call the Content Engine. It’s a system built for how a heart-centered leader actually thinks and creates, rather than how an algorithm expects us to perform.
What the Content Engine actually does
It starts with knowing what you stand for. Your values, your voice, the words that feel like you and the ones that make you cringe. When that’s clear, you stop second-guessing every sentence before you post it.
Then it moves into your Content Wheel, the topics that come naturally to you because they come from your purpose. When your topics grow from what you actually believe, you never run out of things to say. You have a whole wheel to draw from, and every idea connects back to something real.
From there, one idea becomes many. A reflection you wrote on a Tuesday morning becomes a caption for Instagram, a thought for LinkedIn, a line in your newsletter, a moment you share on Facebook. Same heart, different shape, landing where the right people are already spending their time.
The last piece is a calendar that tells you exactly what to share and where, whenever you’re ready. No more staring at a blank page wondering what this week is supposed to look like.
The Content Engine Toolkit is four small, interactive PDF kits, one for each part of this engine. The Prompt Vault, so you always have an idea ready. The Signature Voice Kit, so everything you write sounds like you. The One-to-Ten Repurposing Kit, so one idea carries a full week. And Content That Invites, so the right people know there’s a place for them with you.
I built this for myself first
That part matters to me. Every kit in this toolkit came from a real problem I was trying to solve for my own purpose-driven impact.
The Prompt Vault exists because I know what it’s like to sit down on a Monday morning with nothing. The Signature Voice Kit exists because I spent years noticing which words felt like me and which ones felt like a costume I was wearing. The repurposing kit exists because I kept recreating the wheel instead of simply reshaping it. And Content That Invites exists because I believe content should lead somewhere warm, without pressure or false urgency.
I tested all of it on my own content before I ever made it available. The posts I’m sharing, every caption, every Insider email, every reflection, all of it runs through this system. Some weeks it carries me through five platforms and a newsletter from one idea I wrote in about twenty minutes on a Monday morning.
If I’m honest, my own system keeps surprising me in the best way possible.
Choosing Monday morning as my weekly content prep day has completely changed how I feel about showing up. I sit down with my coffee and one idea, and by the time I’m done, my week is ready.
When I wrote “The World Needs Our Hearts More Than Ever Right Now,” I started with a single thought I couldn’t stop thinking about. From that one blog came a newsletter, social posts, quote cards, a video script and more, each one carrying the same heart in a different way. I remember looking at everything waiting in my calendar and thinking, and this is how we repurpose content from now on!
That’s the feeling I want for you: the relief, the excitement and the quiet confidence of sitting down on the day you choose with one idea, and walking away with a week of content that sounds just like you, ready to post when you are.
Where to start
The complimentary Blueprint is the place to begin. It’s a one-page map of your own Content Engine, something you can fill in the same day you download it. It shows you where you are, where the gaps are, and what’s already working.
If you want to go further, the four kits are $27 each, or $67 for all four. You keep them forever, and you can type right into them.
Watch what I share from here on. Every post, every image, every word is made with this system, authentically me every step of the way. That’s the whole point. When the process fits the way your heart actually works, the content simply flows.
You have something real to say. The only thing standing between you and saying it consistently is a system that was built with you in mind.
Grab the complimentary Blueprint, fill in what you can today, and see what your Content Engine looks like when it’s finally all in one place.
What would change for you if content stopped feeling like the hardest part of your week?
