From workshops and talks
Susan is such a dynamic, engaging speaker, I could listen to her talk marketing for days! I was in the infancy stages of building my private practice when I first met Susan and I am really happy I attended her marketing workshop. It was a full day of inspiring ideas and easy to implement strategies that helped me put everything together for my new practice.

The Marketing workshop was really great! Susan is energetic and has the ability to transform ideas into actionable tips and strategies which I was able to implement almost instantly. She asks the right questions and gets her audience to engage with her and the topic. Susan is an expert in digital marketing, and it shows! After meeting her, it was a NO-BRAINER that her marketing training program was the ideal option for my needs.

Susan gets right into the Direct Response aspect of Marketing, putting a lot of emphases on building and developing relationships through authentic marketing communication tactics as the key components to the session I attended. She gave some interesting actionable takeaways, some I had already implemented, however, I got some insights into a few minor shifts I could do in my own practice which saved me a ton of time and money.
Susan was quite animated and created a fun learning environment with prizes that initiated even more participation.
The Marketing conference presented by Susan Robichaud was very dynamic, interactive, and practical, which I really appreciated. We had the opportunity to share our experience related to marketing and ask specific questions, her answers were insightful and useful. There were many examples which made it super easy to follow and to understand. We were all engaged! I would recommend these conferences to anyone who needs more information about all things authenticity and how to integrate marketing into the daily business routine of their private practice.

I have had the privilidge of working with Susan Robichaud several times. Our clients went threough her unique, easy to follow, marketing program to help bring their businesses to the next level. A few years ago, our program partnered with Susan to bring more entrepreneurs together, offer more information and more support for women entrepreneurs through 4 seperate full-day sessions in New Brunswick with follow up consultations after the session. The in-calss session is where I really saw the magic happen. It allowed entrepreneurs to connect and ask Susan questions directly, which helped her gain a better understanding of everyone's challenges. As a result, Susan was able to dig deeper with each individual during the private consultations. The in-class session was energetic and full of valuable information/takeaways. Susan is very authentic which makes people feel more at ease with the subject matter. A day with Susan talking about all things Marketing is a day well spent!

Development Officer, Women in Business Initiative
On several occasions, as I worked in the role of Development Officer for women entrepreneurs in the Greater Bathurst region and surrounding areas, I have had the opportunity to hire Susan to consult individually with our entrepreneurs as well as hire her to do marketing workshops. As the relationship developed over the years, Susan was invited to be one of the speakers at our 2006 Annual Women in Business Initiative Conferences in Halifax, NS, where thousands of Atlantic Canadian women participated. No matter what services were rendered by Susan, she always made it a point to provide more value than the outlined contract agreement. Our clients were very appreciative of the fact that she was always willing to go above and beyond when advising, consulting or helping them to develop marketing strategies for their respective businesses and private practices. The comments from the Annual Conference were nothing short of amazing. Those who participated felt understood and left the conference fully motivated and armed with practical actionable takeaways they could implement soon after. I would not hesitate to recommend Susan as the top-rated speaker, trainer, and mentor that she is.
