Heart Ambassador Terms
Simple, fair and kind. Please read these before you apply.

1. Welcome
The Heart Ambassador program invites people who love the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience to share it, and thanks them by way of commission when someone they share with joins. This agreement is between you and Susan Robichaud International (“we”, “us”). By taking part, you agree to these terms.
2. Who can be a Heart Ambassador
Heart-centered leaders in the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience become Heart Ambassadors automatically; if that’s you, your Heart Ambassador page is in your Beyond ‘Biz’ Dashboard, under the Get Paid section. Others are welcome to apply; each application is reviewed personally to ensure the individual or business is a good fit.
3. Your thank-you commission
- $97 for each new person who joins the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience Online Platform ($1,497) through your link.
- $67 for each new person who joins the Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience Community with a yearly membership ($737) through your link.
- Monthly Community memberships, renewals, upgrades and other purchases don’t earn a thank-you at this time.
- A thank-you commission applies to a person’s first purchase of each, once.
4. How referrals are counted
When someone visits through your link, we remember it for 60 days. If they join within that time, the referral is yours. If they used more than one Heart Ambassador’s link, the most recent link they visited counts. You can’t refer yourself, or earn on your own purchases.
5. When you're paid
- Each thank-you commission has a 30-day settling period, to allow for refunds and to confirm the membership.
- Thank-you commissions are paid once a month by Interac e-Transfer or PayPal, to the address in your settings.
- If a membership is refunded or reversed, its thank-you is not paid (or is deducted from a future payment).
6. Sharing with care
- Be honest about your experience, and let people know you will receive a thank-you commission if they join (for example: “I receive a small thank-you commission if you join through my link”).
- Only email or message people who have agreed to hear from you. Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) applies to commercial messages, and similar laws apply elsewhere.
- Please don’t use paid ads on the names “Beyond ‘Biz’ Experience” or “Susan Robichaud”, make promises about results or income on our behalf, or create pages that look like they’re ours.
7. Taxes
Thank-you commissions are income for you. You’re responsible for reporting them and any taxes that apply; your accountant can advise you.
8. Changes and ending
We may update this program or these terms; we’ll let you know at least 30 days before any change affecting your thank-you commissions. You can stop being a Heart Ambassador at any time, and we may end your participation if these terms aren’t followed. Thank-you commissions you’ve already earned in good standing will still be paid.
